Aisling Doran’s background is in graphic design and illustration but in recent years she has departed from her position as Creative Director to pursue a career as a full time artist.

On graduation from DIT in the early 1990s she spent many years working abroad in California. It was during this time that she developed her love and skills for printmaking by attending classes in mono-printing, dry point etching and engraving with the San Franciso City College.

Aisling is at present a full time member of the Print Studio at Airfield Trust in Dublin.
